The Beekman Hotel

Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel Architects
Commercial | New York, USA

At the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge, The Beekman Hotel’s historic past inspired Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel Architects and designer Martin Brudnizk to renovate the landmark, creating a luxurious and sophisticated space while maintaining the beauty of the edifice. The hotel is composed of mostly dark tones with accents of colorful furnishings and finishes. In the lobby, KOKET’s polished brass stool, Mandy, adds a glamorous appeal to the sitting area, where it resides alongside a pink velvet sofa.
