Royal Style in Prince Khalid Al Saud’s Home

When it comes to Interior Design, KOKET stands on the highest of levels, working with not only extremely talented professionals, but also incredibly prestigious. KOKET is proud to have had Robyn Jensen choosing its pieces for HRH Prince Khalid Al Saud’s Riyadh Home. In an environment that mixed royal style with contemporary accents, Prince Khalid told AD Middle East he was looking for a “primarly simplicity and a minimalist touch”.

American Interior Designer and Owner of LA-based Jensen Interior Design, Robyn Jensen was the Principal Designer of a project that is the ultimate expression of indoors meets outdoors. Located in the beautiful capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, the house is structured around three main areas on the ground floor, and KOKET has added its personal touch to it.

Royal Style with KOKET’s Furnishings

Under a spectacular floating staircase is KOKET’s provocative and fully upholstered Desire Chair with a textured, hammered metal band outlining its curves. The Desire Chair is surrounded by slabs of Emperador Marble to achieve the earthy and minimalistic look wanted by Prince Khalid. With a hypnotizing, geometric matte bronze screen Robyn Jensen took advantage of the buildings architecture and high ceilings.

The family room was one of the most important spaces of the house. Near to the pool area, it features an informal sitting area and dining room. In the living room, the feature wall in a sand-colored marble is a spectacular center stage. Connecting two seating areas is KOKET’s Decadence Bookcase composed by two semi-circles and joined by sleek glass shelves and a backless design. The Decadence Bookcase serves as the perfect canvas for simple décor items.

The final result is a glamorous yet graceful villa. This is due to perfect synergy between the exquisite tastes of Prince Khalid Al Saud, the innate design eye of Robyn Jensen and, of course, KOKET’s statement pieces.
