Requirements

Requirements COM - 2 meters fabric width 1,4 meters or 2,8 sq meters; COL - 2,8 sq meters or 3,64 sq feet;

* Optional finishes may be subject to upcharge; available upon request.

**KOKET products are one-of-a-kind handcrafted pieces. Each item has its own unique attributes which are impossible to replicate identically from piece to piece due to human craftsmanship. It is natural for slight variations in color or shape to occur, however such variations are hardly visible to the eye. Product images may also differ slightly from the actual piece due to variations caused by media screens.

Clean & Care

Care for textiles by vacuuming or lightly brushing. Maintain textiles by keeping them away from direct sunlight. Rotate and flip cushions when vacuuming for even wear. The nap of high pile textiles such as velvets may become crushed or lose its original pile height. We recommend light steaming to lift the pile to its original height. The textile should also be brushed with a de-linting brush to maintain its pile. Water based or solvent cleaner may cause discoloration or staining. We recommend that stained or soiled textiles be professionally cleaned. Never use cleaners with alcohols or solvents on metals. Only use cotton or extra soft cloths. We recommend that tarnished metals be professionally cleaned. Clean polished metal or polished stainless with a damp cloth. Do not use commercial or heavy-duty polishes or waxes, as they may scratch or damage the finish. Polishes we do recommend are Brasso, Simichrome, or our favorite Flitz; these can be used without inflicting damage even for the unskilled user, unless the polished surface has a wax sealer coat. These polishes will remove the wax while polishing the metal, but the surface would then have to be re-waxed if it is on a metal that needs to be sealed.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs are not included in the price of an item. This in no way implies that KOKET is responsible for the performance of the carrier. As a service to our customers, KOKET will arrange the shipping of orders via one of our preferred carriers. All charges are proforma and will be included on the final balance due notice. If the customer chooses to manage their own freight and delivery, KOKET must be notified of the specific details of the movement. The handling fee for “customer’s own” pick-up will be according to the invoice value. Ownership of the product transfers to the customer (owner) upon the freight carrier taking possession of the order for transport. Therefore, responsibility for damage occurring in-transit is the owner’s and all claims for freight damage must be made within 48 hours of receipt. If customer selects their own freight carrier, freight claims must be filed directly with the selected carrier. KOKET is not responsible for a customer’s own or third party freight damage and claim. All product claims should be reported directly to KOKET within 48 hours of receiving the product. You will then be given directives on how/where to send the proper documentation. Do not attempt a return without first having obtained a KOKET written authorization. KOKET will not accept returns without prior written authorization.
