A Journey Through Paris: Discover Design Across the City
Paris Design Week spans several iconic areas of the city. This includes Rive Gauche, Marais – Bastille – République, Opéra – Concorde – Étoile, and Palais-Royal – Place des Victoires – Pigalle. Each district will host a variety of events. Visitors can explore these areas and discover over 400 participating sites that offer exhibitions, installations, and much more.
Exploring the Future of Design: Conferences and Workshops
The event’s program is rich and varied. In addition to the exhibitions across the city, there will also be conferences and workshops addressing some of the most pressing challenges and topics on the evolution of the design industry.
For instance, there will be four workshops, each one based on one of the elements – water, fire, earth and air. These explore not only the aesthetic and functional aspects but also emphasize the importance of environmental responsibility. Another conference “Craftmanship in the Design World” debates the impact of the digital revolution and the integration of AI in the design industry.
Environmental responsibility is a recurring theme, with several sessions dedicated to exploring how the design industry can promote sustainable practices. Additionally, this talks also address gender and inclusion in the industry.
Icons and Innovators: Participants of Paris Design Week 2024
This year’s Paris Design Week includes a diverse lineup of participants. Furtehr, it brings talent from different sections of the design industry – from interior design, fashion design or even culinary.

Maison & Objet: The Anchor Event
Happening between the 5th and the 9th of September, Maison & Objet is the anchor event of Paris Deisgn Week. Marking the 30th anniversary, this year’s theme is “Terra Cosmos”, focusing on the new trends, innovation and creativity. The event will join more than 600 new brand and host 50 conferences.
