**KOKET products are one-of-a-kind handcrafted pieces. Each item has its own unique attributes which are impossible to replicate identically from piece to piece due to human craftsmanship. It is natural for slight variations in color or shape to occur, however such variations are hardly visible to the eye. Product images may also differ slightly from the actual piece due to variations caused by media screens.

Clean polished metal or polished stainless with a damp cloth. Do not use commercial or heavy-duty polishes or waxes, as they may scratch or damag the finish. Polishes we do recommend are Brasso, Simichrome, or our favorite Flitz; these can be used without in inflicting damage even for the unskilled user, unless the polished surface has awax sealer coat. These polishes will remove the wax while polishing the metal, but the surface would then have to be re-waxed if it is on a metal that needs to be sealed. Glass and crystal can be cleaned by wiping with a soft damp cloth o glass cleaner with no additives. Apply glass cleaner to a soft cloth rather than directly on to the texture to avoid over spray that may damage other finishes.

Shipping costs are not included in the price of an item. This in no way implies that KOKET is responsible for the performance of the carrier. As a service to our customers, KOKET will arrange the shipping of orders via one of our preferred carriers. All charges are proforma and will be included on the final balance due notice. If the customer chooses to manage their own freight and delivery, KOKET must be notified of the specific details of the movement. The handling fee for “customer’s own” pick-up will be according to the invoice value. Ownership of the product transfers to the customer (owner) upon the freight carrier taking possession of the order for transport. Therefore, responsibility for damage occurring in-transit is the owner’s and all claims for freight damage must be made within 48 hours of receipt. If customer selects their own freight carrier, freight claims must be filed directly with the selected carrier. KOKET is not responsible for a customer’s own or third party freight damage and claim. All product claims should be reported directly to KOKET within 48 hours of receiving the product. You will then be given directives on how/where to send the proper documentation. Do not attempt a return without first having obtained a KOKET written authorization. KOKET will not accept returns without prior written authorization.
