The high fashion brand CHANEL pop up store boutique is finally all set up at the new shopping experience at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, in Singapore. It will be open until October and the new space is inspired by the plush interiors of the luxury hotel Ritz Paris, with a contemporary Art Deco inspiration.
The elegant salons comprising of four separate rooms. All guests will witness playful nods to hotel life, from a long bronze table which greets guests in the entry salon to portable valet stands for guests to posit their affairs. AThe interior design features monochromatic interiors distinct to CHANEL and fitted out in contemporary art-deco-inspired décor. The store windows are framed by a series of black arches with white arches, which adds a sophisticated contrast to the geometric beige and black carpets.
The Chanel Paris Cosmopolite 2016/17 Métiers d’art collection will be the first in a series of three collections to be showcased in the boutique. For the collection, Karl Lagerfeld envisioned how the people dining at the Ritz hotel dress in the 20s and 30s. The muses of modern café’s society with lavish yet sophisticated eveningwear in minimal colours of cream, white and black, with flashes of red.
The natural silhouette of the body are highlighted in this season with a well-defined waist and flared hem, alongside the classic CHANEL tweed jacket and delicate tulle dresses embellished with pearls, tweed roses and floral embroidery.
