While we were still bind up on those snow boots in these cold winter time, the fashion industry is already in full swing promoting spring/summer 2017 collections with killer ad campaigns. year after year they’re getting crazier and more elaborate starring some our favourite models and celebrities. Here are the must-see fashion ads of Spring 2017.
Dolce & Gabbanna
Dolce & Gabbanna cast a whole lot of famous DNA in their new campaign. Zendaya, Sonia Ben Ammar, and Thylane Blondeau strike a pose in the chic images.

Alexander Wang’s latest ad campaign is inspired by the blurred lines between fantasy and reality. Called “BEYOND REALITY,” the campaign features a slew of top models and artist Lil Yachty.

Bold colours or black and white, close-ups or bodies in motion, the campaign highlights the explosive combinations from a collection that is feminine and yet ultra-modern.
In its recent campaign, Alessandro Michele was inspired by neighboring Rome’s rich history and tapped Glen Luchford to stage an epic series of images in and around the city’s most well-known public spaces. Equal parts ’80s excess and fairytale romance, the resulting ads portray an outrageously glamorous group of characters, chaperoning a herd of exotic animals wherever they roam.
Stuart Weitzman´s spring 2017 campaign features Gigi Hadid, and once again she´s not wearing much. In the ads, shot by Mario Testino, the supermodel is flaunting her figure in nothing but a pair of the label’s Clinger booties in metallic satin.
The Italian fashion house has brought themes of nature and freedom to its spring/summer 2017 campaign, showcasing sporty pieces from its menswear and womenswear collections. Versace has picked British model Edie Campbell and German model Anna Ewers to do the campaign.
Balmain has released a nipple-heavy Spring 2017 campaign. The ads were inspired by Olivier Rousteing’s concept that fashion is music and photographed on a breezy Californian road by Steven Klein, with creative direction by Parisian ‘photo whisperer’ Pascal Dangin.
Shot by fashion photographer Steven Meisel (who’s done campaigns for the likes of Versace, Valentino and Dolce & Gabbana) and designed by creative director Jeremy Scott, the campaign features the Hadid sisters from glamorous gowns to sexy lingerie and moto jackets paired with bold statement jewelry Moschino’s known for.
Anthony Vaccarello gets provocative with Saint Laurent’s spring-summer 2017 campaign. Photographed by Collier Schorr, the advertisements consist of black and white images making not only makes an important statement by freeing the nipple in some of its pictures, but also shows us that sensuality comes in various forms.
The ad campaign, beautifully photographed by Bruce Weber, features Michelle Williams, Jennifer Connelly, Adele Exarchopoulos and Sasha Lane. Set on the Ile Saint Louis, the collection depicts a series of quintessentially Parisian moments bearing strong cultural references.
The campaign was shot in New York by the famous American fashion photographer, Steven Klein, under the creative direction of Fabien Baron. It showcases new pieces from the brand’s lingerie collection, as well as La Perla ready-to-wear and swimwear. Tulle and silk take center stage in this season’s offering.
